Bún bò huế NHỨT VỊ

The bun bo hue was very delicious and there was plenty of veggies, meat, and noodles. I was able to enjoy good amount and portions of each ingredient per spoonful. Also had the peach tee which was refreshing. All around great food, service, and atmosphere and worth a stop if you’re looking for some bun bo hue in the area.

Changed management in 2025, and it’s much better than before. Great food and portions with very good bun bo hue. Everyone in my family enjoyed the food and desserts. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant with cute jazzy music playing and the customer service was excellent. Food was served incredibly fast and they also offered us free desserts if we paid for the meal with cash. I will definitely return for dinner again.

Their Bún Bò Huế was delicious, with plenty of veggies, including ong choy, which I haven’t seen at other places meat, and noodles in every spoonful. A little sweet for my taste, but still very enjoyable. Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I also enjoyed a promotion where paying cash got me a free drink. The only downside is parking; even on slow days, the complex is crowded.

Nhut Vi Restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is always fresh, and the place is spotless, which I really appreciate. My absolute favorite is the spring rolls. They’re packed with flavor and super fresh. The dipping sauce is also delicious and takes the dish to the next level. Highly recommended.

Under new management so they only have 5 dishes on the menu. Their spicy beef noodle is right on at $15 but their comfort rice soup is just ok - watery and not enough meat to justify at $14.

I love having Bún Bò Huế with plenty of veggies, and this restaurant is the only place I've found that includes ong choy on their veggie plate. I was really impressed with the broth—it was rich, fresh, and not too salty. I do wish they offered a special version of Bún Bò Huế where you could add steak or other options. They have a great promotion where ordering one main dish gets you a free drink, or ordering two main dishes gives you a free duck salad. This time, I chose to get two free drinks with my two main dishes—Pink Guava Tea and Lychee Rose Tea. If you prefer your drinks less sweet, I’d recommend asking for less sugar. The restaurant is clean, with plenty of seating for large groups. Service was quick and attentive, and they also offer free parking.
